As we continue our summer transportation planning for our student’s return to school this fall to maximize route efficiencies, we are in need of your help!
From now until August 1 at 5 p.m., the District is asking all families to complete our new PK-10th grade Transportation Opt-in/Opt-out Form. Complete the form at the link here.

Pay-to-Participate

The Board of Education approved the following fees for participation in athletic programs and marching band as noted below.

Board of Education Approved Pay-to-Participate Fees per individual for the 2024-2025 school year ONLY are:

    $50.00 (per sport) Middle School Athletics and Cheerleading
    $50.00 (per sport) High School Athletics and Cheerleading
    $50.00 (per school year) High School Marching Band
NOTE 1: There is a Family Cap of $200
NOTE 2: The Board of Education has waived club fees for 2024-2025 (formerly $2.50/student per group)


SBC Applications
SBC is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to assisting students of SWCSD with scholarships to cover a
portion of the pay-to-participate fee. SBC holds a fundraiser each year to raise money for these
scholarships. If you would like to volunteer at any of the upcoming SBC fundraisers, please contact SBC or
notify the athletic director (HS) or the assistant principal (MS) at your school.

Application Deadlines:
(Marching Band) June 14, 2024
(Fall) July 26, 2024
(Winter) November 15, 2024
(Spring) February 28, 2025
