School Fees

In Spring of 2026, the South Western City Schools Board of Education voted to once again waive instructional fees for the 2026-2027 school year with the exception of specific high level course materials.

All necessary items, unless noted in a higher grade level course description, are supplied by the District. For the 2026-2027 school year, the SWCSD Board of Education has waived the $10 general instructional fee for families so materials will be provided free of charge. For more advanced high school and career-technical course fees, see below for the 2026-2027 fee schedule.

**This fee can be waived if a parking pass was purchased at Columbus State Community College for on-campus courses. The student must bring the current CSCC parking pass to the high school to have the high school parking fee waived.

As a convenience to South-Western parents, the district offers an online process for the payment of school fees. The step-by-step process for paying your child(ren)’s fees online can be found by clicking here. You must have your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account set up prior to paying any fees online.

Any parent who believes their child qualifies for the free or reduced lunch program should complete an application form. These forms may be obtained from any South-Western City school building or the Food Services Department, 3805 Marlane Drive, Grove City, Ohio 43123.
