The Board of Education believes that school premises should be made available for community purposes, provided that such use does not infringe on the original and necessary purpose of the property or interfere with the educational program of the schools and is harmonious with the purposes of this District.
Each request for the community use of facilities must adhere to district guidelines as outlined below and each outside organization must have proof of insurance to be processed.

Requests that are generally unable to be processed due to insurance:
Throughout the school year, the district occasionally receives rental inquiries for events such as family birthday parties, family reunions, and celebrations of life; regrettably, due to our proof of insurance procedures these events are generally impermissible for liability reasons.
Note: SWCS is only accepting accounts for groups that reside within the district boundaries.
