On Wednesday, September 20, 2023, leadership from the Ohio School Boards Association (OSBA) recognized South-Western City School District (SWCSD) Board of Education president Anthony A. Caldwell for his contributions to the District at its Central Region Fall Conference.
Specifically, Caldwell was named the recipient of two honors in the form of the Aptitude Award and the Recognition Award as a part of OSBA’s STAR Awards programming highlighting Service, Training, Aptitude, and Recognition.
