Have you had a positive experience with a South-Western City School District staff member? Do you feel they went above and beyond normal job duties to assist your child or family? If so, you can nominate that person for a School Bell Award!
A district resident, parent, or graduate may submit a nomination commending a staff member for his/her job performance that was above and beyond the normal call of duty. Nominations must contain specific reasons, beyond normal job duties, why you are nominating the employee.

Please fill out the electronic form below or print out the pdf form, fill it out and return it to the employee's immediate supervisor, the District Communications office (3805 Marlane Drive, Grove City, Ohio 43123) or e-mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line of School Bell Award Nomination.
